23rd September – Scotland vs New Zealand in Edinburgh
29th September – New Zealand vs Romania in Toulouse
So, assuming the AB’s qualify top of their pool, on the 6th of October in Cardiff they will play the runner-up of Pool D.
Pool D is composed of France, Ireland, Argentina, Europe 3 and Africa 1.
This looks like an interesting pool. I guess you would pick France to win it, and either Ireland or Argentina to be runner-up.
The Semi’s and Final are controlled on a ballot system, so you don’t have much control over whether you can get a ticket, but if having bought tickets to previous games, you’re lucky enough to be offered tickets to the right semi, then the one you want is semi-final 1 in St Denis on the 13th of October.
This is against the winner of QF 1 which will most likely be between Australia and either England or South Africa. So I’d need to be prescient to predict who the AB’s opponent will be in their Semi-Final (if they get that far).
So what tickets will I be trying to nab when individual tickets go on sale on November 9th?
23rd September – Scotland vs New Zealand in Edinburgh
6th October – QF – New Zealand vs Ireland, Argentina or (possibly) France in Cardiff
and if offered:
13th October – SF – New Zealand vs Australia (??)
20th October – F – New Zealand vs South Africa (??)
